Change of Mind returns:
Due to the appointment of Administrators, as of 22 November 2016, refunds or exchanges cannot be made.
Refunds for faulty goods may be allowed in accordance with consumer law. Proof of purchase must be provided. Circumstances in which a refund may be provided include:
- If a manufacturing fault has been identified
- The product is proven to be faulty or not of merchantable quality
- The product is wrongly described or not fit for the purpose for which it was sold
As all stores have been closed, customers are unable to return faulty items to store. Please contact the customer support hotline on (02) 9286 9873, who will be able to provide instructions in order to make an assessment.
The Administrators reserves the right to assess the age and condition of the item goods prior to offering a refund. This may result in a refund being refused.
