Here at Payless Shoes we stand behind our product!
If you are not satisified with your product, we will glad exchange it for an item of equal value or refund the purchase price*.

*This guarantee does not detract with your rights under Australian Consumer Rights Law. If there is no proof of purchase, lowest sell price value in the last 90 days will be used.

Please Note: All refunds will be provided using the original payment method. Refunds provided electronically may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. Refund and Exchange values are subject to re-calculation if purchased within a promotion where conditions would no longer be met.

How do I obtain an exchange or refund on my web purchase?

You can either exchange or refund Payless Shoes merchandise in any Payless Shoes store location or, alternatively, you can return the merchandise to the address shown below:

Please Note: The item/s along with the original packaging must be sent using registered mail. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned items.
