Here at Payless Shoes we use Australia Post for all of our online orders. In most cases, a parcel will be delivered to the nominated address within 3-5 business days of receiving notification that the order has been dispatched. In some cases, this will take longer where the delivery address is in a remote location or the order has been placed during a Public Holiday period.
For change of mind returns, Payless Shoes will offer you an exchange or refund, using your original payment method provided that
You return the item within 30 days of purchase and provide an original Payless Shoes register receipt.
The item is in resaleable condition including that it is - Unworn, unused and in its original condition
The total refund value on an item is subject to re-calculation if purchased within a promotion where conditions would no longer be met.
Payless Shoes will accept returns on goods, with proof of purchase, where
The product is proven to be faulty or not of merchantable quality
The product is wrongly described
The product is different from a sample shown to you.
Payless Shoes reserves the right to assess the age and condition of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.
How do I obtain an exchange or refund on my web purchase?
You can Exchange or Refund unworn merchandise to any Payless Shoes store within 30 days of purchase. Just take your receipt along with the credit card used to pay for the order to a store of your choice (Store locations can be found on the Payless Shoes website) Store Locator
Alternatively, you can return unworn merchandise to Payless Shoes at the address shown below within 30 days of purchase. Please enclose your receipt with the merchandise you would like to exchange/return and mail to:

The item/s, along with the original shoe box, must be sent to us using registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned items.
